Need to Talk?

Hey, I’m Emma, and I’m here to listen. I’m an integrative counsellor, who enjoys working collaboratively and with empathy to walk alongside you on your counselling journey.

Welcome Here

Life is often full of it’s challenges, and sometimes things can feel like they’re quickly stacking up. Through the therapeutic relationship I offer a confidential and safe space for you to explore the big questions, the hurt relationships, the uncomfortable emotions and the never ending options.

Taking the first steps to address some of these challenges is incredibly brave and I will offer you my undivided attention, support and a judgement free space as we begin to walk this journey together.

I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor, registered with the ACC (Association of Christian Counsellors) and work within their ethical framework.

I’ll create a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts and emotions, a space to feel deeply heard and empowered.

About Me

I previously worked in the charity sector and was fortunate enough to work with a wide variety of cultures, ages and diverse backgrounds.

I love hearing peoples stories and am always curious to understand what life is like for you specifically. I want to know how therapy can help you.

Collaborative

I recognise that each person is a unique individual - there is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to counselling. So through this journey I hope to work collaboratively with you, to find out what it is that you want to address in the sessions and to go at a pace that feels right for you. You know yourself best, so I am to work with you to understand what life is like for you, to help you feel deeply heard and empowered.

I will work to build trust in the therapeutic relationship, so that our time together feels safe, respectful, without judgement and tailored to your needs.

My Approach

Empowering

My aim is to help you feel empowered in your current life stage, to explore how your past experiences may be affecting your current relationships and what strength you hold to handle whatever life throws at you.

I will offer a safe and supportive environment where we can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement and work towards meeting your goals.
